How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Trying to return something?

 Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside. You can all 833-246-7638 or send an email to [email protected] requesting an RMA Number.  We reserve the right to charge up to 10% restocking fee. Items must be in new, unused condition

Warranty Information:

Hornet Products carry a 1 year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. You pay the

freight to return the item to us, we pay the freight back to you.

Welcome to Hornet Outdoors. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing products or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2. Fitment and Product Compatibility

• Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify vehicle model, year, and trim compatibility prior to placing an order.
• Modifications: Hornet Outdoors products are engineered for specific OEM vehicle configurations. Modifications to your vehicle or to Hornet Outdoors products may affect fitment, function, and safety, and will void any applicable warranties.

3. Installation and Safety Warning

• Assumption of Risk: Powersports and off-road activities inherently carry risks of equipment damage, personal injury, or death. By purchasing and installing Hornet Outdoors products, you explicitly assume all risks associated with their use, installation, and operation.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hornet Outdoors, its owners, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our products.
• Vehicle damage, personal injury, or property damage arising from installation, off-road use, or product failure.
• Errors or inaccuracies in product listings or compatibility guides.

In no event shall Hornet Outdoors' total liability exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

5. Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

• Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders due to stock errors or suspected fraud.
• Shipping: Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates. Hornet Outdoors is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our standard Return Policy. Products must be returned in unused, re-sellable condition with all original packaging and hardware. Return shipping fees and restocking fees may apply unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error on our part.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, product designs, graphics, images, text, and trade names—is the property of Hornet Outdoors and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
