How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We will send you an email with tracking info on your package after you place the order.  If you wish to see the estimated shipping time see the map below. We ship out of Colorado (Yellow on the map)

Return Policy                                                              

Before you return your item(s), please contact Customer Service by Email, [email protected]  or by calling Derek, 303-588-2384.                                      

We will issue a RMA number which needs to be marked on all return packages.  \

Refund/Return Policy


Damaged or defective items:

Items sent incorrectly, damaged or defective will be exchanged or refunded in full.  If an item needs returned please contact Hornet Outdoors for a RA# (Return Authorization Number) within seven (7) days of receipt.  No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt.  The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside.  Returns will not be processed without a RA#.  All items (even defective items) should be returned in as clean condition as possible.  Shipping fees are not refundable. We may require additional information to process a return, including pictures, shipping information, etc.


All other returns:

The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside.  Returns will not be processed without a RA#.  There is a restocking fee of up to 20% for the authorized return of new products.  All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging in 100% resalable condition,  or we may refuse to issue credit.

Damaged or Missing Merchandise

If you did not receive an item you ordered or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.  Please check all packages and packaging material thoroughly for missing items.  Contact Derek at [email protected] or 303-588-2384.

Warranty Information:

Hornet Products carry a 1 year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. You pay the

freight to return the item to us, we pay the freight back to you.
