It comes with a rubber expansion anchor that goes in the LinQ bed hole; tighten and go.

I ordered this through Cabelas but I'm not sure how to get my flag to stay inside it. It looks to be treaded but my flag is just a fiberglass pole. Is there another attachment I need to put on the end of my flag to screw into the holder?
