Yes. It fits all Rangers. You may need/want to adjust the fuel carrier so it rides a little higher and mount it so the spare tire is in the inside of the bed; fuel outside. Another option is to get an R-800 ST spare tire mount and R-3015 TH Fuel carrier separately. That way you can located the spare up against the cab out of the way if you wish and the fuel along one side.

It will fit your lock and ride holes but this product does not work on a General due to the fender flares on the General. However, there are other ways to get there. You can get the R-3015 TH features a Spare Fuel Setup and tool hooks. Comes complete with Hornet Twist Lock anchors that are secured in your Lock and Ride bed holes. Also, the R-3015 F has spare fuel and Fire Extinguisher mount. The Tool Accessory hooks are sized to fit Axe etc and are not large enough to fit a Fire Extinguisher but the R-3015 F solves that problem. Hope this helps
